6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Deliveries are made via contracted courier or transportation companies.
The Company is not directly responsible for delays during transportation or damages caused by the carrier.
The Customer is responsible for checking the products upon delivery and recording any damaged or missing items in an official report.
7. RETURN AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Returns of standard products may be accepted within the legal period, provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging.
Returns and cancellations are not accepted for custom-made, project-specific, or personalized products.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
8. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, unsuitable environmental conditions, or third-party intervention is not covered by the warranty.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of metal and plastic connection components for wooden products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The product type, quantity, unit price, VAT rate, and total amount are specified at the time of order.
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.
Minor differences may occur due to technical tolerances and production processes.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, product prices are exclusive of VAT.
Payment may be made via bank transfer/EFT, credit card, or other payment methods offered by the Seller.
Orders shall not be processed until payment is completed.
5. DELIVERY

The Seller shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date for standard products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, project-specific, or personalized products.
Written notification is required to exercise the right of withdrawal.
7. RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition with their original packaging intact.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
Following approval of the return, the refund shall be made to the Buyer within the legal period.

12. EFFECTIVE DATE
By approving this Agreement electronically, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all its provisions. This Agreement enters into force on the date the order is confirmed.
